What's the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for a semi-custom brand is one week. This may be longer if custom add-ons are requested.
What about revisions?
There is one round of revisions included for semi-custom brands. Generally, this will be enough. If you find you’d like more, though, extra revisions can be added at an hourly rate of $120 AUD.
What's the best way to send you my colours?
If you already know exactly which colours you’d like, feel free to send the hex codes through! If you have an idea of what you want but don’t have codes, send me image links or a Pinterest board and I’ll create something that matches closely.
How does payment work?
With semi-custom brands, payment is 100% upfront via bank transfer or Stripe.
Can I get other collateral designed?
Sure! Let me know what else you’d like designed when you fill in the request form and I’ll get back to you with a custom quote.
