You select your preferred website template and fill in the application form. We’ll schedule a call to chat through your website needs.

The build phase

We customise your chosen template with your content, imagery and branding. There are two revision rounds during this phase to ensure you’re happy.

Launch!

Your website is ready! We provide you with a handover document, a video tutorial library on how to maintain your site and  ongoing tech support over the following weeks.

OUR BRANDING PROCESS

Creative direction call

We’ll start your day with a cup of coffee (or chai latte if you’re me) and a Zoom call. We’ll go through Pinterest to chat through inspo until we settle on a clear creative direction.

Design & Refine

I’ll create a logo, colour palette and font system based on your brand needs, sharing them with you during the day for feedback.

Launch!

Your new brand is ready! I provide you with your files and a launch kit so that you can show your gorgeous new branding off with pride. <3

Let’s knock out that list of tweaks and updates you’ve been wanting to get done.

Not everything has to be a big revamp. Sometimes, you just want to give the branding or website you’ve already got a little TLC.

Whether you’re looking to add extra branded elements to your suite or build new pages onto your website, we can get it all done with a VIP Full or Half day.

Starting call

We’ll begin our day with a call to say hello and go over your list of tasks. 

Design & Refine

I’ll go away and start working my way through everything you want done, checking in with you regularly so you can give feedback in real time.

End of the day

We’re done! I’ll send you a list of everything completed for easy reference.

FAQ

Do you offer logos on their own?

I believe a business needs more than just a logo in order to have a strong, successful brand that converts. Because of this, I don’t offer logos on their own.

How many concepts are included in a branding project?

Alchemy Creative is a one-concept studio, meaning I develop a single, focused brand concept rather than several half-finished ideas. I’ve found this results in a higher quality result.

Which platform do you build websites on?

Custom websites are available on both WordPress and Squarespace. Website In A Week is currently only available on WordPress.

What do you need from me for my website?

Before I begin your building your website-in-a-day, I need your completed content (text and imagery) along with brand’s logo.

If you’re unable to get these completed before our start date, don’t worry. I’ll use placeholder text and imagery for the build, and you’ll be able to edit your finished content in when you’re ready.

When is the best time to book?

I recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. This allows both of us to prepare for our design day together.

Do you offer payment plans?

I generally require a 50% deposit upfront via bank transfer book your project slot. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of project completion.

We can break these payments into smaller payments of 3 or 4, depending on the length of the project.
