The Process
1. Project Prep
We’ll book your project slot and start with a little homework: to gather your web content and images. (I’ll help, don’t worry!)
2. Branding
We’ll spend Day One working together on the creation of a fully custom logo, colour palette and font suite for you.
3. Website
Over the few days, I’ll roll your new branding out across one of my WordPress templates, checking in with you regularly to make sure you love everything.
4. Launch!
Handover and the big reveal! We’ll supply you with a launch kit and keep in touch to make sure everything is working smoothly.

FAQ
How many revisions are included?
There are 2 revisions rounds for your branding and then 2 more for your website. After that, I can add more revisions at an hourly rate of $120 (but 2 rounds is usually enough!)
What do you need from me?
Before we begin your project, I need your completed website content (text and imagery) along with brand inspo.
This needs to be supplied 2 weeks before our start date.
If you’re unable to submit your content in time, don’t worry; we’ll use placeholder text and imagery, and you’ll be able to edit your finished content in later when you’re ready.
Which platform do you build websites on?
I build my website templates on WordPress using Divi builder. I find WordPress continues to be the most flexible and robust platform around, and my clients love its versatility. I’m sure you will too!
For a Squarespace or Showit website, please message me here about a custom build.
Are hosting and domain setup included?
I request all clients purchase their own domain prior to beginning a project.
I recommend Namecheap for this.
I offer my own hosting via Cloudways by default with optional website maintenance plans but if you already have your own perferred host, I can work with them too.
Can we do something that's not included in the scope?
I’m happy to add custom work at an extra cost but this may not always be possible within our scheduled project time. In these cases, I may need to book extra time for you at a later date.
In some cases where lots of extras are required, a fully custom project might be a better solution. Please outline in your application what extras you need so we can discuss them further.
When is the best time to book?
I recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. All imagery and content needs to be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date, so it’s best to make sure you give yourself (and any photographers/copy writers you’re working with) adequate prep time.
If you can’t get all of your materials in before our start week, that’s ok – I’ll use placeholder content when building and you can add your content yourself later when it’s ready.
How does payment work?
I take a 50% deposit upfront via credit card or direct transfer to book your project slot. The remaining 50% is due near the end of your build week.
I also do AfterPay and PayPal “Pay In 4” plans.
