The Process
I.
Pre-Week
This time before our week together is for you to collect and submit your website content. We’ll provide you with prompts to make it easy!
II.
Kickoff-Call
We’ll have a 1 hour long call to look over your content and plan how best to customise your site to connect with those dream clients.
III.
Design Week
This is the fun part! I’ll spend the next few days creating your beautiful website. We’ll have daily check-ins to keep everyone on the same page.
IV.
Launch!
Your website is done and you’re now ready to take on the world! We’ll keep in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Which platform do you build websites on?
We build our website templates on WordPress. We find WordPress continues to be one of the most flexible and robust platforms around, and our clients love its versatility. We’re sure you will too!
For a Squarespace website, please message us here about a custom build.
Does this include e-comm?
We specialise in websites for service providers, so if you’re looking to sell products and have a store, a custom website would be a better solution.
Are hosting and domain setup included?
We request all clients purchase their own domain and hosting prior to beginning a project.
We recommend Namecheap for domains and Siteground for hosting.
We also recommend setting up your professional email with either Google Workspace or your hosting provider.
What do you need from me for my website?
Before I begin your building your website, I need your completed content (text and imagery) along with brand colours, fonts and logo.
If you’re unable to submit your content before our start date, don’t worry. We’ll use placeholder text and imagery for the build, and you’ll be able to edit your finished content in when you’re ready.
Can we do something that's not included in a template?
We’re happy to add custom features/sections at an extra cost but these may not always be possible within our scheduled week. In these cases, we may need to book extra time for you at a later date.
In some cases where lots of extras are required, a fully custom build might be a better solution. Please outline in your application what extras you need so we can discuss them further.
When is the best time to book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. All imagery and content needs to be submitted one week prior to start date, so it’s best to make sure you give yourself adequate prep time.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit upfront via credit card or direct transfer to book your project slot. The remaining 50% is due the week before your website build.
If you’d prefer to use Afterpay, we can arrange this.
