The Process

Pre-Week
This time before our week together is for you to collect and submit your website content. I’ll provide you with prompts to make it easy!
II.
Kickoff-Call
We’ll have a 1 hour long call to look over your content and plan how best to customise your site to connect with those dream clients.
III.
Design Week
This is the fun part! I’ll spend the next few days creating your beautiful website. We’ll have daily check-ins to keep everyone on the same page.
IV.
Launch!
Your website is done and you’re now ready to take on the world! We’ll keep in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly.

FAQ
Which platform do you build websites on?
We build our website templates on WordPress using Divi builder. We find WordPress continues to be one of the most flexible and robust platforms around, and our clients love its versatility. We’re sure you will too!
For a Squarespace website, please message us here about a custom build.
What do you need from me?
Before I begin your building your website, I need your completed content (text and imagery) along with brand colours, fonts and logo files.
This needs to be supplied 2 weeks before our start date.
If you’re unable to submit your content in time, don’t worry. We’ll use placeholder text and imagery for the build, and you’ll be able to edit your finished content in later when you’re ready.
Does this include e-comm?
We specialise in websites for service providers, so if you’re looking to sell products and have a store, a custom website would be a better solution.
Are hosting and domain setup included?
We request all clients purchase their own domain and hosting prior to beginning a project.
We recommend Namecheap for domains and Siteground for hosting.
We also offer our own hosting via Cloudways with optional website maintenance plans.
Can we do something that's not included in a template?
We’re happy to add custom features/sections at an extra cost but these may not always be possible within our scheduled week. In these cases, we may need to book extra time for you at a later date.
In some cases where lots of extras are required, a fully custom build might be a better solution. Please outline in your application what extras you need so we can discuss them further.
When is the best time to book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. All imagery and content needs to be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date, so it’s best to make sure you give yourself (and any photographers/copy writers you’re working with) adequate prep time.
If you can’t get all of your materials in before our start week, that’s ok – we’ll use placeholder content when building and you can add your content yourself later when it’s ready.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit upfront via credit card or direct transfer to book your project slot. The remaining 50% is due on the final day of your build week.
