The Process

The ultimate goal behind Alchemy is to create effortless transformations. So things are done a little differently.

1. Project Prep

We’ll book your project slot and start with a little homework: to gather your web content and images. (I’ll help, don’t worry!)

2. Branding

We’ll work together on the creation of a fully custom logo suite, colour palette and fonts, along with illustrations, icons and patterns.

3. Website

Over the few days, I’ll roll your new branding out across a completely custom Wordpress website, checking in with you regularly to make sure you love everything.

4. Launch!

Handover and the big reveal! I’ll supply you with a launch kit and keep in touch to make sure everything is working smoothly.

FAQs

How is this different to your other brand and web packages?
The Total Package includes all of the brand basics from my Custom Branding and Custom Website packages PLUS patterns, illustrated elements, printed collateral and socials templates. We also go deeper into the brand strategy element. This allows us to create a truly full, immersive brand.

You can still choose my two Branding and Web packages and just purchases these as add-ons…but you get them at a $1500 discount with The Total Package. 😉
Can you write copy for my website?
I offer done-with-you copywriting.

This means that we start off with a questionnaire that you answer. I then edit or rewrite your answers as needed so that they flow easily while still sounding like you.
How many concepts are included in a branding project?
Alchemy Creative is a one-concept studio, meaning I develop a single, focused brand concept rather than several half-finished ideas. I’ve found this results in a higher quality result.
What if I don't like the end result?
I have processes in place to make sure we get your brand direction right very early so that the end result feels like a natural progression of what we’ve been working on together, rather than a sudden, possibly unpleasant surprise. This proven formula guarantees a brand that you can’t wait to share!
Do you offer e-commerce?
I offer e-commerce starting at an additional price of $1,500 AUD for basic functionality. I currently offer e-comm on Wordpress via WooCommerce but am expanding my services to include Shopify. I’m happy to offer a discounted rate for this so reach out if you’re interested!
Which platforms do you build websites on?
My specialty is Wordpress and I believe it’s the best website platform available right now by far. You get a ton of flexibility and features without ever being locked in or forced to pay a subscription.

With that said, I do also design/build for Showit and Squarespace. I’m currently expanding my offerings to Shopify as well.
Can we do something that's not included in the package?
Absolutely! Extra deliverables are quoted separately from the other packages and will generally require more time but they are totally doable – just let me know what you’d like.
