FAQs
Does the price include the template?
Yes! The price includes the template. If you’ve already bought a template, let me know and I’ll make sure to take it off the price for this customisation package.
Can you write copy for my website?
My zone of genius is web design, so I don’t write copy from scratch. I do offer done-with-you copywriting and editing.
This means that we start off with a questionnaire that you answer. I then edit or rewrite your answers as needed so that they flow easily while still sounding like you.
Do you offer template customisations for e-commerce?
Yes! You can still book this package if you have an e-commerce site. We can customise the pages of the template that are relevant to your site and then add custom e-commerce pages and up to 10 products for an additional $1,500 AUD.
Which platforms are the templates for?
All templates are made for Wordpress, using Bricks Builder or Elementor (coming soon).
Can we do something that's not included in the package?
Absolutely! Extra deliverables are quoted separately from the other packages and will generally require more time but they are totally doable – just let me know what you’d like.
Is hosting included?
Setup of hosting on Alchemy Creative servers is included in the package; however, annual hosting fees after setup still apply.
